Postage & Delivery


Delivery varies from country to country. For full details please speak to your local 2XU representative.

For countries that 2XU offer delivery direct to client it is to one address only. Goods will be delivered during normal business hours and need to be addressed to an address where someone is available to receive them – ie: your place of work. We will inform you when orders are being dispatched. When direct individual shipping is available additional fees and charges will apply.

Dispatch and delivery dates are provided as a guide only. We take no responsibility for any failure to deliver products within the expected delivery time.

If the goods are redirected, the client will be liable for all redirection costs.

Delivery Delays:

We have no control over external freight companies or their ability to deliver in a timely manner. Once your order has left our factory/warehouse we can no longer control the delivery date and delays may be experienced. 2XU are not responsible for lost damaged or delayed orders.
